Christmas Fair stall and the pumpkin

Our stall at the Stromness Primary School Christmas Fair (11th Nov) raised £53 for the community garden! Books, cakes, willow and bulbs were sold and the pumpkin made another appearance. Tabletop sale fundraiser

Our stall at the Christmas tabletop sale at Stromness Town Hall last Saturday raised £63! Thanks to those who bought raffle tickets, books, herbs, bulbs and the amazing woven willow. The ‘guess the weight of the pumpkin’ (grown by Kate in the polytunnel) was a hit!

Brinkie’s Brae path restored

Congratulations to our neighbours Grieveship Residents Association for the restoration of an old path up Brinkie’s Brae from the side of the Marwick Playing Fields, located behind the Grieveship estate. Preparing for the new shed

Andrew, Mary and Dan were out at the site this morning preparing a level area for the new shed. All going well this will be delivered next week. We can then get everything on site ready for the next few months and the set up tasks ahead.
